The plaintiff and the defendant are present in the court. The petitioner filed a reply from the defendant Poksar and it was proved that the defendant's accused had taken Rs 40000 / - (forty thousand rupees) as loan from Bakker Ali Khan Badiar. Whoever suddenly falls on his warehouse due to his death, Warman will pay for the amount of 40000 / - (forty thousand rupees) to be paid by 13-06-2018.
